All amounts listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST (goods and services tax). Australian orders will see GST included during checkout. GST will not be added to orders outside of Australia.



Payment can be made directly on the check out page by inserting your credit card details into the payment section or you can also pay with PayPal. Types of card accepted include Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

You DO NOT NEED to have a PayPal account to use PayPal for credit card payments.

Payments are made using SSL and your personal details are encrypted.

We do not store any credit card details on our servers, nor do we see your credit card details.

Payment is processed upon submission of your order.

An email confirmation of payment is sent to you when an order is placed.
If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment we reserve the right not to accept your order.



By placing an order online you are confirming that the credit card you are using belongs to you. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer.



All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

We deliver to all states of Australia. All shipments can be tracked online and a signature may be required upon delivery.


Domestic Standard Post with Australia Post (with Tracking and Signature on Delivery)
International International Standard Post with Australia Post (with Tracking)



Shipping cost calculated in the basket depends on the weight and dimensions of the items and your delivery location. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments above AU$300 through Australia Post.



We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Items you have ordered will be dispatched within 3–4 business days.

Delivery times can vary depending on the order destination and shipping method. The delivery estimates below are calculated from the time of dispatch.

If we know that delivery will take more than the estimates below, we will inform you immediately.

All metropolitan areas of Australian capital cities 3–7 business days
Australian regional areas 5–13 business days
All international shipping destinations 4–20 business days



All items must be paid in full before we arrange shipment.

We must have the correct and complete address, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact phone number.

Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Without this information, orders will not be processed. We will not be not held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.



Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us which includes your consignment tracking number.

We offer international delivery.



We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, floods etc.). Offers are available until stocks sell out.

Please allow an extra business day for delivery during Australian public holidays.


  • To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by email or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
  • That all orders are subject to availability of stock.
  • To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.

Common reasons your payment may be declined:

  • Incorrect billing address and phone number
    Make sure that the billing address listed in your account matches that associated with your payment method.
  • Credit card limit reached
    Check your credit card limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit when we tried to charge your card. Try increasing your daily spending limit or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit or has not reached its limit.
  • Credit / Debit Card Number
    Make sure that the credit card or debit card number is correct and up-to-date.
  • Credit / Debit Card Expiration date
    Review the expiration date on your credit card or debit card. If your card expired, update your credit card or debit card information.
  • PayPal account out of funds
    Make sure funds are available in the PayPal account. You can try to place your order using PayPal account with the updated information or a different credit card.
